Roles and entitlements: requests from ServiceNow

Hello,

We have the requirement to create one single request (opened from ServiceNow) that is able to ask for two or more entitlements related to a Role.

The objective is to avoid that user must open more than one access request in order to ask all the entitlements associated to a single Role. 

Could it be possible to create a "parent" entitlement that will contains every child entitlements, in order to make one single Service Request in ServiceNow for all entitlements linked to a specific Role?

Hi @FabianaS 

If the user is requesting for a role (that has the entitlements linked to it) then there will be only 1 request created. Once the request is processed, then the corresponding tasks for add access shall be created in Saviynt.
