Hi,

We have the "Create Revoke Task for UnResponded Items on Expiry" action enabled in our Role Owner Certification configuration under 'Revoke Tasks' configurations.

Would like to know what is expected behavior when campaign gets expired, as per the Saviynt document below is the action:

We have noticed that when Role Owner Certification gets expired, it is creating the revoke tasks for users as expected along with that Role Status is changing form Active state to Composing state since it trying to remove the entitlements associated with respective Role.

Could you please confirm if this is the expected behavior and what should be the Role status upon campaign expiry.

Thanks,

Sanjeevini

Hi @Sanjeevini

Can you clarify if there is any role modification workflow configured in your instance?

Thanks

Hi Prasannta,

Yes, we have Role Modification WF configured.

Is it configured for auto approval like below?

No, we have WF configured with different levels of approval.

In that case you will have to send the role for approval. Once it is approved post that the status of the role will change to Active.

Thanks
