Risk Score calculation

I'm trying to find out how to properly develop risk score calculation:

and while it does explain the basics, it does not explain how to configure it.

Hi @ekorh 

As Discussed,  Risk score feature was a old feature and it was kind of half baked, we are no longer using this field and soon will be removed from the product.
