Revoke Tasks generated by Create Tasks for Future Ent Role Requests (EnterpriseRoleManagementJob)?

Any tasks generated by Create Tasks for Future Ent Role Requests (EnterpriseRoleManagementJob) source is "REQUEST" but I need to distinguish if revoke task created by revoke request or Create Tasks for Future Ent Role Requests (EnterpriseRoleManagementJob). 

Could you please let me know if there is anything I can see the differences in arstasks table? cuz I need to mention different words in email template

arstasks table has a task type column that will distinguish between a create, revoke, add, update etc.

I know... in this case, both of them are "Remove Access" with same arstasks.source. i want to know how to distinguish them by referencing another column. Thanks

Got it. At present there is no way to differentiate it that way.
