Revoke Task Email Template (Mapping) User Manager Campaign

I have a question as to who this email will be sent out to/ triggered by. Will the Certifier that revokes an entitlement receive the revoke task email or will the user that has their entitlement selected to be revoked receive the email that their access is being revoked? In addition are there any binding variables to these email templates or is it possible to remap the email to our intended audience and not the original owner?

You can configure to whom you want to send those emails on revoke task. It depends on how you configured the respective email template. You can refer below document for required binding variables
