Hi ,

In certification while carrying out revoke tasks for the account taken action on will there an account deletion on target  or access removal or both of these actions are carried out

Is it possible that we can disable an account for X days via certification and delete the account the following day

Regards,

Abdul Gaffar

Hi @Abdul_Gaffar

I am thinking out loud.

Can you handle in the Remove Account JSON? If the source of the task is CERTIFICATION then instead of removing the account , disable the account.

"removeAction": "${if(task.source == 'CERTIFICATION'){'SUSPEND'} else {'DELETE'}}",

Above was custom design that I could think of.

I dont see any such config in 5.5SP3 where this can be done OOTB.

Anyways I will be following this post as I am quite interested to know if the same can be achieved OOTB in Saviynt.

Thanks
