REST connector - Digest auth type

Hi,

Is it possible to use Digest auth type with SHA-256 algorithm with Saviynt REST connector? I can't find any info in documentation, except this post which says it's not currently supported. Does anyone have any experience with this, any way to integrate with an API using Digest auth type using REST connector?
