REST Connector - Application Data Import : all entitlement hirerachy is removed

Hello, 

When Application data import (Full import - Access) is running, I found that all entitlement hirerachy is removed and re-added by import is running...how can we avoid this? 

This could be impact on our campaign if we lauch it while the import is running and we could miss those accounts as membership is not updated yet. 

For application data import, is there a way not to touch existing data and update only change?

Ideally it would be best to launch your campaign only after the latest data has been synced as the campaign will be a snapshot of the data at that point in time.
