REST Connection - refreshTokenCall

The provider we are dealing with accepts a refreshToken for the authentication and allows to generate a new refresh token through POST using clientID and clientSecret.  The documentation indicates this should be feasible by setting a refreshTokenCall, however all our testing has been failing.

All the operations we attempted are working through Postman.

Saviynt logs indicate a 401 is returned upon testing the connection but not much else...  I attached the ConnectionJSON we came up with.  Does anyone have any idea as to what could be wrong here ?

Can you share the postman call for auth and refresh token along with the response of each call.

Refresh call

Auth/Refresh responses are very similar, only token values will change.  Payload structure remains the same:

Can you also define the errorpath in your JSON with the actual path value and then try. If possible, can you attach the logs if it still does not work.

"errorPath": "",

Note: Do update ConfigJSON param in the REST connection with value {"showLogs":true} before running the job if not done already.

Here is the log after the suggested update.

ConfigJSON is set to the following:

The logs still show unauth error. Can you create your JSON using the attached template and see if it works.

responseText:{"Message":"Authorization has been denied for this request."}
