Can we assign an entitlement - Upon new Account created directly in Target ( Account import) ?

Can you be more clearer on your requirement.

If you want to provide a entitlement by default when account is created  you can explore the entitlements with new account feature in endpoint.

Thanks Darshan, Thats for Provisioning , our scenario is - account created in Target ( sepecial case) - that will bring into SAviynt - around that time we need to add few entitlements.

You can use the default action for analytics as there is no rule which will trigger for import method. So create a analytics and it that access needs to be provided for all accounts, then you can write a sql query as per your requirement and then it will create a add access task once it satisfies the condition.

Yes in case of database connector you can add using union add add default entitlement 

 

what is business use cases ?

in case of rest you can create rule / actionable analytics report

Thanks  for the response, Yeah its REST app.  Which Rule will trigger upon account import ?

No rules will trigger after account import, as i already stated above you can use the analytics.
