REST - Account + entitlement provisioning

Hi Team,

We have a requirement where we have to add group when we are provisioning user in the target. there are around 10 groups and only one group is to be provisioned based on a condition (Eg. if dept = abc1 then group1)

Initial idea is to perform multiple calls in createAccountJSON but it will not create task for the group addition, and we need this as a separate task to track request.

Any options on how this can be achieved? Note that this is being triggered via technical rule and not ARS form, so no dynamic attributes are possible, and it is a REST integration.

Hi @Amar_Simha ,

You can have multiple rules created , with respective conditions and action as Create account and specific group, so 10 rules as per your example.

Or you can do analytics , find new account tasks recently provisioned and create add access task. IN addaccess JSON , you can have these conditions

Both options will create tasks for account creation and group addition.

Thanks,

Amit

@AmitM : Thank you for the update.

There is a possibility of groups getting increased and also looking to avoid multiple technical rules.

Is there a way we can track the group added via the createAccountJSON. I understand it is not possible but just want to double check.
