When Requesting access for others, in user list page below are the columns that are currently visible. I want to include one more column Employee Class. Is it configurable?

Thanks @RakeshMG! Issue is not with the search.
Is there a possibility to get the employee class column also visible in the page in addition to other columns like Name, First Name,Last Name, Email, City, Manager and Status.

The customer would want other user attributes like employee type, start date, business title to be visible on the request page for ease of user selection based on their business requirement.
There should be a global config that should allow the selection of visible columns on this page.
