Hi Saviynt Community,
We encountered an issue where the "AD" application was not visible in the "Request Access for Others" section. After searching through the forums, I found that it needs to be assigned to a workflow for it to appear.
Previously, we were able to use it without a workflow, and the access requests would go directly to pending tasks. but now with a workflow this is being passed to pending requests for admin approval.
Is there a way to make the application visible in the request list without assigning it to a workflow? We want it to go straight to pending tasks without waiting for admin approval. It used to work this way, but recently it stopped appearing until I added the workflow.
