Remove the Username from Associated Endpoint Account

Hi Team,

I'm trying to remove the username from the associated endpoint's account

I'm using the below CSV but it is not helping.

I could able to change the username to another username but removing not possible

If  Team could help me with steps to remove the username from that associated account

Its not supported in v5.5 in higher version you can remove using overwrite user correlation config while import

I'm not sure when will the next upgradation will happen.

Do we have any other workaround solution to address this case?

Because we have around 3000+ accounts we need to fix them.

If I create a Freshdesk Ticket, can Saviynt's internal team help us in removing the USERNAME from the backend?

yes ask them to remove entry from user_Accounts table
