Remove entitlement from the account based on the entitlement end date

Hi Everyone,

As we have the option to add startdate, enddate to the entitlement we are requesting for.

Is there a job we need to run to deprovision the entitlement from the account as soon as the enddate of the entitlement in the request is reached?

This is only happening for the service account, for the user account its working fine.

Do we need to have any configuration enabled for the service account request?

Regards,

Shubham

Tried running EnterpriseRoleManagementJob but it didnt help

What is your startdate/enddate configuration? Are you selecting start/end date manually or populated automatically?

Once entitlement is provisioned with start/end date for service account. Do you see those values under associated entitlements tab of respective service account?

Yes, the values are getting populated in the accountentitlement1 table.

We are selecting the startdate/enddate manually.

If i select enddate of the entitlement as 10 mins from now, no tasks are getting created post running the enterprise job.

You have global configuration for same to consider time delay.

config name :  global configuration- tasks - Create Task if Start date less than

Job should be scheduled accordingly to that configuration else tasks won’t create
