When we launch an Entitlement Owner Campaign, we don't want the primary certifier or secondary certifier account to show up in the certification that we present to the reviewers. How should this be modified in the advanced account query?
These Certifier's account should be reviewed by a different person. How can we configure this use case using the campaigns.

Hi @nimitdave, I don't even want the certifier to see his account in the review. Is there a way to exclude it via the advanced account query..?

Hi @SowmithriV ,
I think what you're asking is not possible as its OOTB feature. But There is an option to block the certifier from self certification.
Looks like @nimitdave was referring to the same , but the screenshot he provided is not the correct one.

got it, sure. I was under an impression that we could do it through the advance account query option available to exclude the certifiers.
We do have self-certification option disabled and Consult option enabled for self-cert. But the usecase we have is to remove the certifier from the review itself and we want to have an UserManager or different review for the excluded certifier's accounts.

Using some filter through advanced query you might be able to do that. Again, Ideally its not practical due to multiple reasons. that's why we have above said options to block self certification. you can convey the same to client .
Hope this helps.
