Remove Access not created with Remove Account Request from ARS

Team,

When a Remove account request is submitted from ARS, only Remove Account Request is getting created and sent to approval process. Here it is expected to create Remove Access also along with Remove Account. FYI Account has two roles.

In endpoint I enabled below config and tried, but no luck.

Please help here if I miss any configs.

Whats is request option under entitlement type ? And create task aciton under entitlement type ?

Change create task action to remove existing entitlement

In case of remove account. It will not include any entitlements

Hi @harishyara , it is an expected behaviour only remove account will go for approval

 Remove access task will be generated once remove account request is approved.
