Hi,

Is it possible to change the default displayed date format in Saviynt?

It's currently displaying MM-DD-YY, which, to the world outside US, is incorrect.

Thanks,

SB

I appreciate you reaching out to the Saviynt forums.

Yes, it is possible to change the default displayed date format in Saviynt.

#Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC) provides a set of the optional preferential settings, where the user can configure some of the general menu options according to requirement.

#To configure global configurations for Preferences:

  1. Log in to EIC.

  2. On the top right corner of the Home page, click the Applications icon, and then click Admin.

  3. Click the Menu icon.

  4. In the left pane, click Global Configuration.

The Global Configuration page is displayed.

  5. Select Preferences from the drop-down list, and select Date Format.

#Date Format:-Use this setting to configure the date format in MMM DD, DD-MMM-YYYY, YYYY, DD-MM-YYYY or MM-DD-YYYY format. The configured date format is displayed on all the pages of the application. The default date format is MMM DD, YYYY.

#The date and time values are stored in the UTC format. The time is displayed according to the local time zone.

Please let me know if further infromation is needed on this and attaching the document link for your reference as well.
