Receive Email config attributes

I am trying to configure the Receive Email configuration using Oauth, however, getting error "java.lang.NumberFormatException: For input string: "" after running the IncomingMailARSJob

From the Office 365 admin I received these values: AppID, ObjectID, TenantID, SecretValue, SecretID

Please let me know which value I need to enter in Saviynt UI for the Receive Email config attributes Client Email ID, Tenant Email ID and Email Client Secret

This is what we have in our Saviynt UI which is not matching with Saviynt document
