Hi,
We are trying to put in place a reasign email when an access request is reassign to someonelse. In ARS the request is correctly assigned, but no notification was sent. We have configure the email on the global configuration.
There is no logs on the emailhistorytable.
Do you have an idea?

Is there any error in the log? Did you try with simple email without much binding variables?

There's absolutely nothing in the logs!
The template just contains the test word and is sent to my address (no variable).
