Reassign email is not trigerred

Hi team,
Email is not getting triggered when Reassigning a certification to new certifier, Below is the email template used
Using a default email template available at freshdesk.
V2021
But we dont have reassignJob functionality in 2021 version, could you please suggest?

You are 2022 or v2021

Message says v2021 , Version added in v2022

Currently in version 2021 which is Dev environment, dont have the Job configure option in v2021.

Is running a Job compulsory for reassign email template to be sent out?

Appreciate your inputs on this reassign feature.

Job will perform reassignment once its done email will be triggered
