Hi Team,
There is a requirement to provide Read Only Access to Helpdesk Team so that they can see pending tasks, request history, request approval, completed etc. basically they can see ARS module and have only ready access. While creating the Read Only access SAV Role, there is no option to select "view the request only" so that helpdesk can only see request is pending with whom and cannot take any action on request. Is there any way to achieve this?

Action button are not configurable hence provide access to only request history in case of requests
