Re-Assign Requests for approval

Hi Experts,

We have a scenario where customer wants service desk agents (bsaed on Sav Role) to be able to assign pending requests to other managers should they not be actioned yet.

Any ideas on how we can achieve this.

We have explored changing approvers but this is not available for all types of requests, for example it is there for Entitlement request, but not for create user requests.

Modifying/Changing Approvers for Create User Request is currently not supported.
