"Operation Not Allowed"

Hi Experts,

Please help

We are running a certification campaign where managers receive email with URL which takes them straight into certification.

Manager clicks the URL (/ECM/certification/showstep1forusermanager/114?campaignKey=22) and logs in. Now in between she works on something else... and to get back to certification again she clicks the link from email, maybe because she can't find previous tab, then the systems throws /ECM/login/unauthorized error.

At this point unless the manager close the whole browser, she can never login again, even if she types URL in fresh tab.

Has anyone experienced this before and is there a way that user is allowed to access URL or at least asked to reauthenticate instead of throwing this "Operation Not Allowed" error?

Regards,

Naveen

Could you please confirm if user is able to login if they are clicking on "Home Page".

User's will get this page, if the User's session still active.

Hi Rakesh,

Does that mean only one session per user is allowed?

Do you think I will be restricted on a separate browser if I am already logged in?

If user session is active on same browser, user will get this page.

But if users try to login from separate browser, user will not get this page.
