Whenever user request multiple access(entitlement/role) in same request like 50+ then multi threaded approval will help to approve /reject all access in proper manner so no half request is sent for further approval or gets stucked due to time out

@rushikeshvartak  - so this configuration should be enabled or disabled to avoid the issue mentioned by you
