Hi Team,

Can you please help us about the Groups Recon issue for Salesforce connector for REEV application. We are trying to recon the Queue type groups from REEV to SIGA But unfortunately we have regular type groups only present in SIGA not the Queues.

Please confirm if Saviynt will support the Queues Type Groups or not.

Thanks,
Kishan

This is not supported , only object specified are supported

Account,Profile,Group,PermissionSet,Role,Territory

Hi Rushikesh,

Can you please provide your updates on this request whether is it possible to recon the Queues type groups from Salesforce or not

@Kishan : Saviynt supports pulling below objects to saviynt as entitlement

Profile, PermissionSet, Role, Group, PermissionSetLicense, PermissionSetGroup, Territory & PackageLicense

Does this Queue type falls under any of these objects?

@sk  we have a similar type of requirement. Could you please assist?.

During reconciliation the objects we mentioned are Profile, PermissionSet, Role, Group, PermissionSetLicense, PermissionSetGroup, Territory However certain groups have not been reconciled. In salesforce we have groups with 2 types(regular, queues) .Only the regular groups are reconciled where as Queues type in Salesforce in not reconciled. Is it  possible to reconcile such groups in Saviynt?

The below queries work fine in postman   select+id,+name,+DeveloperName,+Type+from+Group+where+type+=+'Queue'  and select+id,+name,+DeveloperName,+Type+from+Group+where+type+=+'Regular'

@sk Could you please provide your inputs on the above query. Could not find anything relevant mentioned to queues in the saviynt documentation

Kishan- Please share the connector configuration. And I would suggest please avoid posting customer environment names on the forum such as SIGA and REEV as It is creating confusion whether its saviynt feature name itself.
