Hi Team,
what would be expected behavior when request is escalated to second level where first level manager did not take any action within given time frame. would manager see request in his queue for approval even if it is escalated to next level?

If first level manager did not take any action within given time frame and request is escalated to second level. Then only Second level should be able to view the request, first level manager will not be able to view the request.

Its not working the same way. Can you pls let us know if this will be taken care of OOTB by Saviynt or we need to configure it through workflow?
