Query to replace the EIC url (Old url to new url) in email template body/content

Hi Team,

Our Saviynt Url is changed and we are trying to replace the new Url in all the email templates.

Can you please help me with the query to replace in all the templates?

    • Option 1 :Use below enhanced Query
  • SELECT
    name AS ecmemailtemplate__primarykey,
    REPLACE(templatecontent, 'https://rushi-devOLD.saviyntcloud.com/', 'https://rushi-new.saviyntcloud.com/') AS ecmemailtemplate__templatecontent
    FROM
    ecmemailtemplate
    WHERE
    templatecontent LIKE '%devOLD%'
    LIMIT 1;
     
    • Option 2 : Export all Email templates using Transport 
      • Export all Email Templates using transport - Export option
      • Unzip file
      • Update email address
      • zip file
      • Import zip file using Transport - Import Package Option

Can you provide steps to implement this Query for at-least one template

 

 

  • Run query from enhanced query job.

    1. Navigate to Admin -> Job Control Panel
    2. Click on “+Add New Job”.

    Attribute

          Value

      Job Name

      EnhancedQuery_Update_Manual

      Job Type

       Enhanced Query Execution

      Operation

    Update

      Rollback on failure

     ON

     Description

    Email url change

    Select Query

    SELECT
    name AS ecmemailtemplate__primarykey,
    REPLACE(templatecontent, 'https://rushi-devOLD.saviyntcloud.com/', 'https://rushi-new.saviyntcloud.com/') AS ecmemailtemplate__templatecontent
    FROM
    ecmemailtemplate
    WHERE
    templatecontent LIKE '%devOLD%' and name ='Template name'
    LIMIT 1;

    .
    1. Click on create Job
