We have an issue with provisioning and reconciliation for one of the rest based application.
Task is getting errored out with the below provisioning comments
{"headers":null,"message":"","statusCode":null,"description":null,"status":"Failed"}}
We have tried this two weeks ago, it was working fine. but now suddenly it stopped working.
below are the logs we got from application logs.
Note :Not changed anything in connection.
Task number : 1855304(You can check in the logs with the task)
Kindly advise us to fix this. it is really urgent for us.
Your help much appreciated.
Thanks,
Srividya

Hi @SA_123 ,
For urgent issues where deeper triage is required, please open a Freshdesk ticket with appropriate details so that one of our support team engineers will get on with the issue.
Looks like the connectivity is lost with target because of which the task provisioning and imports are failing. As mentioned above, please raise FD ticket with all the details.
Thanks,

Verify connection is established successfully.
Also, validate the details around token, username, pwd based on REST based integration type.
Postman check would be 1 option.

Hello Manu,
Thank you for the reply, this was working last to last week. we have not changed anything in the connection. and now connection is successful also. after stopped working I have changed the tokens, I put new tokens. still getting the same error.
Can you please let us know what might be other reasons. like will it be any server connectivity issue or any others?
Thanks,
Srividya

Hi Srividya,
for REST based connection usually shows success even there is a failure, if we have not added a testconnectionparams in connection json.
better check in postman once by hitting the target application url and check whether it is giving proper response or not.
if you are facing a same issue also in postman, sure it is a server issue in target side.
check with an application team whether they have changed any thing like portnumber, access etc., which may be causing this issue.
Thanks,
