Prevent user attributes from being updated by the identity feed

Hello,

Is it possible to lock certain attributes for a user, for example firstname or lastname, from being updated by an HR identity feed on a user by user basis? Currentl HR feed is done by a csv dump upload via a job, but this would be a full import.

You cannot lock the user attributes for updates here and it is not a best practice/recommended design also.

Alternatively , you can achieve this using a custom jar in inline pre-processor while user import.

Blocking field in which view ? Admin - Users view should be only for admin. You can block from Create /Update User request from ARS
