Policies on account attributes

Hi team, 

can we write policies on account attributes, as user update rules work on on only user attributes,

I want to write a policy for if account login is greater than 90 days launch certification, 

i have written the same policy on user attribute rule, but how can I acheive same on account attribute "lastlogondate"

Can someone please suggest?

You can launch micro certificate based on users object only. For dormant account review you can schedule campaign (for all accounts not specific) based on last logon date of account

Technical Rules and User Update Rules only work on user attributes.
