PII Erasure Analytics not erasing the target application associated with erased identity

Hi Team,

We have a requirement to erase the SaviyntForSaviynt account associated with an erased identity in Saviynt. For this, we have created an Analytics following the Saviynt documentation.

When we run the analytic then the update account task created (for SaviyntForSaviynt endpoint) for the erased identities as mentioned in the documentation, and after running the provisioning job the created task got completed but the SaviyntForSaviynt account remains as it is which are associated with those erased identities.

The Analytic Query is this :
SELECT u.userkey, u.username, a.accountkey AS acctKey, a.name, u.PIIERASURESTATUS, uh.UPDATEDATE AS PIIERASUREDATE, 'updateAccount' AS Default_Action_For_Analytics FROM users u INNER JOIN user_accounts ua ON u.userkey = ua.userkey INNER JOIN accounts a ON ua.accountkey = a.accountkey INNER JOIN usershistory uh ON uh.USERKEY = u.USERKEY WHERE u.PIIERASURESTATUS = 2

Could you please help us to resolve this at the earliest?

Adding here the documentation link for your reference:

Thanks

Hi @Darshanjain ,

Yes, the user was erased through separate analytics job not the trigger chain job. And we created another analytics job to erase the accounts associated with erased identity, the update account task created and completed but the accounts not erased.

Is it mandatory to use the trigger chain job?

Thanks

Hi @Darshanjain ,

Please share the update account json if possible. so we can test that using the trigger chain job over the coming weekend as PII eraser analytics job we can only on weekends.

Thanks

Hi @Ajit

i have checked it out how it works and for your requirement as you are updating sav4sav , in users table already data is erased so this will not work out. As of now users data is not present so when you run the next sav4sav account import you can mention inactivate account not in file as false so it will update the status as suspend from import service which will be the same as account deletion.

Thanks
