PeopleSoft OOTB connector integration via Design

Hi Experts,

We would like to integrate a Peoplesoft application using the Saviynt Peoplesoft OOTB connector using Application integration. We tried following the process mentioned on DOCS: https://docs.saviyntcloud.com/bundle/PeopleSoft-v24x/page/Content/Using-Application-Integration.htm but are facing an issue in the initial steps itself.

We are providing a correct DB url but getting an error as below:

Is there any other format which needs to used to enter the JDBC URL?

We are following this format : jdbc:oracle:thin:@<hostname>:<port>/<service_name>

Please provide some assistance here.

It works as expected for me

It probably was a DB instance permissions issue which got resolved when we used a service account with the required permissions.

Even after I see the connection is successful, we still cant proceed further and click on next.

Any suggestions?
