Pending Tasks are not created for UserManager Campaign revoke tasks on Locking

Hi team,
I have created one User Manager campaign and as a certifier reviewed the user employment status and accounts as part of this certified few access, revoked few, conditionally certified few and terminated few users and locked the certification.
enabled below configuration:

But i don't see any pending tasks for the revoke tasks.

Any help would be appreciated.

Check below points:

1. Did certifier lock the campaign? Are you able to see that certification in completed state?

2. Have you checked if certifier revoked any access as part of the campaign.

3. If yes then is Instant provisioning enabled for the endpoint, if instant provisioning is enabled then the task will move to complete state directly.

Yes certifier locked the campaign.

Yes, revoked few base accounts and ents .Earlier it was working as expected.

3. If yes then is Instant provisioning enabled for the endpoint, if instant provisioning is enabled then the task will move to complete state directly.

We didn't enable instant provisioning.

Also wanted to check what will happen if i enable the below config in revoke task?
