Other Authentication factors

Hi ,

is it possible in case of the password has been forgotten, to integrate Saviynt with and IDP and asking another authentication factor instead of the password to access to the platform?  

It's something that depends from the identity provider but does Saviynt support this kind of integration?

Hello @ClaudioC,

Without IDP Saviynt does not have the capability for the MFA.
If IDP supports MFA you can enble the MFA on the IDP end, once authenticated, saviynt required only valid token once authoriozed done at the IDP end.
