One Click Disable creating Remove Account Tasks instead of Disable Account Task

Hi Team,

We are currently using the "One Click Disable" feature to facilitate immediate termination of users for our HR team.

However, we are encountering an issue where, upon using the "One Click Disable" feature, it triggers "Remove Account" tasks for all accounts associated with the user rather than "Disable Account" tasks.

  • Current Behavior: Triggers "Remove Account" tasks for all accounts linked to the user.
  • Desired Behavior: Trigger "Disable Account" tasks for specified accounts.

Please advise on how we can modify the configuration to ensure that the "One Click Disable" action triggers "Disable Account" tasks instead of "Remove Account" tasks. Specifically, we would like to know if there is a setting or feature within Saviynt that allows for this change.

Regards,

Aarthi Anand

You can con configure user update rule accordingly

Hi @rushikeshvartak,

We have configured the rule to trigger when user is removed from UI (one click disable.).

Expectation is to generate disable account task for specific endpoint, but remove account task is generated for all accounts associated with user.

As mentioned above idea ticket is already in place please upvote same

@aarthianand93 Already there is an existing idea

To trigger"Disable Account" tasks instead of "Remove Account" tasks use user update rules .
