Where is this located in Saviynt?

Creating a new SharePoint Service Principal step needs it during office 365 connector configuration.

This is the same document I am referring to. It says

Redirect URL: Specify the complete URL of the Saviynt connector, for example, https://SaviyntO365Connector.azurewebsites.net.

where does this url come from?
