Oauth In actionable email failure

Hi Team , 

We tried configuring the OAuth for actionable email , on running the email based approval job we land into the below error . 

Please suggest .

Please share configuration of outgoing email. It seems some field is blank like email starts with. 

Note : mask confidential information
