o KB file is getting uploaded on MFT location intermittently

HI team,

we have one jar connector "Moveworks SFTP Full file" to upload the analytics report "MoveworksUserFullFeedFile" on MFT location.

we are running these analytics report 4 times in a day. and uploading the file in MFT location.

06:00 UTC

12:00 UTC

06:00 UTC 

But since last few days we are seeing the 0kb file is getting uploaded at the 6:00 UTC run intermittently.

for ex- 

1 june 6 PM UTC 0kb file was uploaded

2 june 6 PM UTC 23MB file was uploaded

3 june 6 PM UTC 23 MB file was uploaded

4 june 6 pm UTC 0kb file was uploaded

we have one application(moveWork) that is working on SFTP user provisioning. it is affecting the process of that application.

and as per the log we can see the file was uploaded successfully. but we cannot see that what was the size.

Hi @WeAreVoid , are you sending analytics data in a CSV format?? Or in zip only ? What is the source file path?

Does data visible on UI under run history of report ?

Yes data is visible.
