Notification to Entitlement owner - For member addition

Hi Team,

Can we trigger a notification to entitlement owner when there is a member addition or removal happened to the entitlements with member details?

We need to trigger notification to AD Group owners when there is a membership modification happening. Please help with the email template

How the membership addition happens, Is it only through request basis within Saviynt?

Yes, Requests are raised in UI as well as via API call

@sk is this possible ? Email  of entitlement owner exposed in workflow or task?

Hi Kishore,

Just a thought as I havent worked on this requirement but can you use endpoint level email templates?

Since the origin of the request is ARS, whenever a request is completed, system would generate the task and once the task is completed ,  email notification will be send.
