Not able to see AWS Application in request Page

Hi Team,

We have integrated the AWS with Saviynt, however we are not able to see that application in ARS request page even it is set to requestable under endpoint configarations. Any suggestion to make application visible in ARS.

You need to attach a workflow in the AWS Security System

Post this you need to run the endpoint sync job from the job control panel.

Do you have any Access Query assigned at endpoint level?

Did you assign workflows for Add/Remove Access?

As suggested added the workflow at security system and ran the Sync JOB still not able to see in ARS.

We don't have any access query at endpoint level.

Try to update something on respective endpoint level and then run the sync job and then check

There is a possibility that the sync job might not be running. 

1 way is to check in the logs to see if the api call for sync job is working or displaying any error.

2nd way is to update the display name of an endpoint which is currently visible on UI, run the DefaultEndpointDeltaSyncTrigger job and see if the changes are reflected. 

If they do, the job is running fine and we can look at a different direction from there on. In case it does not show up the change, the issue is with the sync job.

Thank You for the information, I have updated the displayname and some customproperties later ran the sync job then it worked. Now I am able to see that application in ARS.
