Not able to remove entitlement owners through csv

Hi,

I am trying to remove some entitlement owners through csv in 5.5 sp3. I tried OPERATION as "remove" and "delete" but both didn't work for me. 

Any suggestions?

I have already checked those before raising the question. I saw one comment saying removal of entitlement owner not supported in 5.5 sp3, is it true? If not please suggest the correct format, because "remove" & "delete" operation didn't work for me as suggested in those conversations.

Removal of entitlement owner through CSV is supported in EIC versions. Non EIC version supports only addition of Eos.

@indrahema95  This is not supported in v5.5

Workarounds :

• Use APIs to remove
• Go through Users -> Approvers - Entitlement Owner  ( This will reduce manual effort instead of going through entitlement go via users) https://documenter.getpostman.com/view/20052500/2s93RQUa2t#f11746ce-5d20-4748-aeec-afcb515c9b36 
• Ask Saviynt Operations to cleanup all entitlement owner for Entitlement type
  • delete from entitlement_owners where entitlement_types=1 limit 10;
• Create custom Jar using API

Hi @rushikeshvartak , yes we are using api to remove owners. And it is working absolutely fine for us. And we able to do in bulk.

if you need inbuilt then upgrade to EIC 😅

if no plan to upgrade ask Saviynt Operation.

That's great you decide to upgrade to EIC version. Please get in touch with your CSM/TAM to have your environment upgraded to the most stable and fastest EIC versions. 🙂
