not able to Disable consult option for SERVICE Account certification

Hi Team,

We have created and configure the certifications for SERVICE ACCOUNT module for which we need to disable the CONSULT option for the certifier. We have selected the check box under configuration and in policy setting as shown below which says DISABLE CONSULT option.

But still the end user certifier is able to see the consult option, please let us know is there any other configuration where we need to configure this so that the end user ,certifier cant see this consult option.

NOTE: As a admin user certifier we are not able to see the consult option but the end user certifier is able to see this option.

After changing configuration did you launched campaign again?

Hi Devang,

We have disable both the option for end user certifier CONSULT and CONDITIONAL.

Conditional is working as expected and the end user certifier is not able to see this option, the issue is with CONSULT option.
