New ARS Tile to update-(user's Enddate, User's status)

Hi Team,

I wanted to enable/create a new ARS tile,  so that our line manager will come to the ARS and update the user's 2 attribute user's End dates and user status (inactivate/Active). 

Can Team help me by providing the steps to achieve the above requirement?

What is issue in using existing update user tile ? 

for new tile. create from global configuration and add link to it
