New Account task is getting completed even though API returns success

Hi All,

I have API:

and Create account JSON is like this:

Problem:
When I run the New account task individually, task gets completed. but when I run it with all the other tasks, even though the response is success, task is not getting closed.

any ideas, like why this is happening?
