Need to open particular requests approval page directly without goto general pending approval page

Hello,

In the approver email template we need to provide request approval page link. But it  should directly open particular one requests approval page not general pending approval page. Approver don't want to search the request in pending approval page.

Can you please let me know How to do this use case.
