Need to generate a report to check whether the end date of a user has been extended

We need to generate a report to check the users whose end date has been updated and whose previous end date was earlier than the current date.

How can we achieve this where the report is generated only if end date is updated for the user and only if the previous end date was lesser than the current date?

Currently this is not possible using report you need to use user update rule.
