Need information regarding the Workflows.

Hi,

We have requirement to implement in workflow, Let us consider two users where user 1 was Sav_Role as ROLE_ADMIN and user 2 has SAV_ROLE of ROLE_ENDUSER.

So if any user is raising request and the user has admin role the request should get auto approved and in the same way if the user end-user role the request should go for the approval either manager or entitlement or Role Owner.

Can some one let me know how can we achieve this.

You need to use saviynt4saviynt and populate some of the user's customproperty with sav role name. As we can't use Sav role directly in Workflow . Using if else block in workflow you can derive workflow logic
