Need information Regarding the Expiry of the Request

Hi,

Need information regarding the Request expiry currently in our environment in Global Config we had set a number so let us consider an  eg  if it is set to 5 Days to expiry the request it was not working as expected the request are not getting expired automatically.

Can someone let me know what the issue would be or why the request is not getting expired automatically.

Please schedule : Expire Old Requests, Mitigating Controls, Simulations, Discontinue Expired Invites (Refresh Job)

@RakeshMG Thanks for the response, But I need to know  why the Global Config functionality was not working as expected it should clear out  the req which are above the the submit date or if the job is also  mandatory for that along with Global Config correct me if I am wrong.

You need to schedule job as well.
