Hi Team,

Can you please provide information on DB connection while onboarding disconnected application, we want to connect local MySql DB (localhost), what is the way to connect it and how to whitelist DB and which operation we can perform using this automated DB option.

@reshma_sonawane can you provide some more clarification on the requirement. If you are using a DB connector then technically its not disconnected application (we call application to be disconnected when there is no connector and action on application is performed manually).

Regarding your question on whitelisting DB - all outbound transaction from Saviynt are open so no whitelisting is needed. So if whitelisting is needed then that has to be performed on the customer side.

Let us know what action you want to perform on the MySQL DB, so that we can share sample JSONs accordingly.

Disconnected Mode : This is mechanism via which you do not actually provision account/access directly in target. For this you leverage ticketing/manual provisioning.

Whereas the point you mentioned seems you are going to use another target DB which is not at all disconnected.

Please clarify
